Allibellenyc.com preferred shipping carrier is FedEx.
 
For expedited services such as FEDEX 3rd Day, FEDEX 2nd Day or FEDEX Next Day deliveries, please call our office at 646-405-8282  to notify us immediately after placing your order.
 
All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Cerritos, CA 90703 by FEDEX.
 
Please follow these timing guidelines for FEDEX Ground Shipping:
 
East Coast = 5 Business Days
Mid West = 4 Business Days
West Coast = 2 Business Days
Southern California = 1 Business Day
 
If you need your package to arrive at a certain time, please choose your shipping service accordingly.
 
When placing an expedited shipment for Next Day, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery, please note that the cut off time to receive the order is at 3:00 P.M.  EST, Monday-Friday. If you place an order for expedited service after 3 P.M. or you place an order over the weekend, your order will be worked on the following business day.
 
Orders are worked on a "First-Come, First-Served" basis. Allibellenyc.com orders takes approximately 3-4 business days to ship.
 
All shipments are insured against the invoiced amount, and require signature confirmation.
 
Sorry we do not ship to any P.O. Box address.
 
All international shipments require a longer processing time, and an additional handling fee for shipping. The international buyer is responsible for paying any customs and duty fees imposed by their country.
 
If the item that you ordered is on "Back Order", we will ship the item to you as soon as the item becomes available. Shipping Back Orders usually take from two weeks to two months. If you do not wish to be placed on a "Back Order" status, we highly suggest placing a revised order. Please email to notify us that you have placed a revised order, otherwise, we will ship you the order that we have received.

RETURNS
 
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date.
 
Final Sales: There are no refunds or exchanges for FINAL SALE items.           
 
Refund for Purchase:  Complete the RMA form as best as possible. Pack and seal your items securely along with completed Return Form. Any items returned without proper information will be refused and sent back at sender’s expense.
 
*Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from returned ship date for your account to be credited.
 
Returns for Defective Items/ Wrong Items Shipped: To ensure proper processing, please indicate the reason for return by choosing a return code on the RMA form. If item is defective or wrong shipped and you would like a replacement please indicate exchange in the notes section. Upon inspection, if item is found to be defective or wrong shipped a replacement will be sent free of charge and shipping costs will be refunded. If item is deemed non defective you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be credited.
 
*Please note that Allibelle is not responsible for normal “Wear and Tear” of any products.  In order to receive credit for your shipping costs, you must attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form.  All items must be returned by selecting FedEx ground or USPS priority mail.  If overnight, 2 day, or 3 day service is used, you will only be refunded the amount for FedEx ground.
